February 19-20: Primary Care Conference
Dr. Patricia Sulak founder of Living WELL Aware, is a nationally recognized practicing physician, researcher, speaker, and medical school professor. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine and was named a Distinguished Alumnus.
In addition to her busy clinical practice, she presents throughout the country on disease prevention through healthy living. Dr. Sulak is author of Should I Fire My Doctor? and the comprehensive wellness workbook, Living WELL Aware: Eleven Essential Elements to Health and Happiness.
Dr. Sulak continues to be included in "Best Doctors in America" and "Texas Super Docs" and has been selected as an Outstanding Clinical Instructor by the Texas A&M College of Medicine medical students. Dr. Sulak was given a "Heroes for Children" award by the Texas Community Service Award for her work in school health. While she is internationally recognized for her work in women's health issues, her current focus is wellness education for men and women.

Wendy is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master’s program in 1995.
Wendy is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare at Amherst and at Concord. She is also the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company.
Wendy is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates. She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award.
In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year, the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award and in 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; a position held by only 700 other nurse practitioners throughout the country. She presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 46 states. In October 2014, Wendy was also inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues.
Wendy is an Adjunct faculty member at the University of Wyoming - Graduate Nursing Program and in the Simmons College DNP program in Boston. Wendy has served a consultant to a number of pharmaceutical companies, medical offices and corporations. She has been a medical media spokesperson for a number of companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. As a family nurse practitioner, she has also served as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases and is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice.
